You’ll be working 40 hours a week (Nights Only), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Ducks Halt. Job responsibilities
Based in the picturesque village of Kirby‑le‑Soken, Essex, Ducks Halt supports adults who are living with learning disabilities and complex needs, including those who have additional mental and physical health needs, and behaviours that may challenge.

Your Day‑to‑Day Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all our service users, patients & residents. Provide guidance and encouragement through physical & emotional support. Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way. Assist with medical & welfare needs and report as required. Safeguard. Maintain a safe and clean environment for all.

Person Specification
The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, demonstrate strong communication skills, be sensitive and intuitive, and be able to work as part of a team to safeguard and support independence.
