Contract type: Part Time, Permanent. Work pattern: 12.5 hours per week, All year round (52 weeks). Hours of work: Monday – Friday, 3pm – 5.30pm. Salary informtion: Scale 2, £9,936 – £10,078 per annum (dependent upon experience). Start date: ASAP.
We have a vacancy for a School Cleaner to join our hard working and friendly premises team. The role requires the effective cleaning of classrooms, toilets and halls. Applicants should have a dedicated and enthusiastic approach towards cleaning to a high standard.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning desks and tables in classrooms
- Emptying bins in classrooms
- Wiping door handles and light switches throughout the school
- Cleaning toilets and sinks
- Sweeping, hoovering and mopping floor
- Replenishing hygiene supplies in toilets and classrooms
- Spot cleaning of spillages should they arise
- Such other duties as may be allocated from time to time
