Part of Oak View Group (OVG), Rhubarb is a premium hospitality collective specialising in luxury event catering, restaurant dining and hospitality. Role Purpose
We’re looking for BOH porters to help the smooth running of Sky Gardens busy hospitality operation, you’ll be making things tick behind the scenes.
What We’re Looking For
- A proactive and reliable team player with a strong work ethic
- Previous experience in a similar porter or back of house role is beneficial but not essential
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
- A hands on approach with a willingness to support multiple departments
What You’ll Be Doing
- To ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of goods to departments; both internal and externa
- To Maintain, monitor and control stock as directed/advised by BOH manager & Heads of Department
- Ensure the efficient and effective use of Sky Garden and Larch Restaurant BOH areas
- To ensure the accuracy of all goods received
- Responsible for the continuous improvement of BOH department and its efficient and effective activities
