AI Solutions Intern – Information Services
Henderson Group is offering an exciting internship opportunity for an MSc AI student to work at the forefront of enterprise AI adoption. This role provides hands‑on experience shaping AI strategy and implementing innovative solutions across the organisation.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coach business users to get more value from Microsoft Copilot by identifying productivity opportunities.
- Analyse current ways of working and design practical AI‑driven use cases, prompts, and workflows tailored to business functions.
- Prototype AI‑powered solutions such as conversational agents, workflow assistants, and knowledge bots using Copilot Studio.
- Explore the application of Large Language Models (LLMs) to tasks including document summarisation, knowledge retrieval, and data interpretation.
- Develop early‑stage prototypes and logic flows demonstrating the potential of agentic AI.
- Support the development of responsible AI practices, ensuring solutions are safe, compliant, and aligned with governance standards.
- Create clear documentation and engaging training materials to support adoption of AI tools.
- Assist with internal demonstrations, workshops, and initiatives to build organisational capability and confidence in AI.
Skills for Success
- Current MSc student in AI in Business (or related discipline)
- Strong interest in applying AI within a business environment
- Understanding of LLMs and modern AI tools
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
- Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, or Copilot Studio
- Exposure to automation tools (e.g. Power Automate, UiPath)
- Familiarity with prompt engineering or conversational AI
