Job Title

Retail Advisor – EE Shop, Newcastle (Eldon Square)

Salary: £13.66 per hour + on‑target commission.

Hours: Fully flexible across seven days of the week to match store trading times.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product knowledge and sales of EE & BT items.• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the store’s performance.• Deliver a high‑quality customer experience with empathy, energy and professionalism.• Work flexible shifts that align with store opening and closing times.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required – just a drive to succeed and confidence to be yourself.
• Resilience and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Adaptability, quick learning, and curiosity about people’s needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
