The Herois a stunning four‑storey pub in the heart of Maida Vale offering a different experience on each floor. We are looking for motivated team members with dining service experience to join our team.
Salary
- Starting £12.71 per hour + tips (Earn up to £18 per hour)

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel welcome, offering assistance with menu choices and special requests.
- Show food & drink knowledge, including ingredients and preparation methods, to provide recommendations and answer customer queries.
- Proactively check on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any issue that may arise.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bar tenders and other team members to ensure efficient service.
Qualifications
- Positive and friendly attitude, with a willingness to work collaboratively with the team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for guests.
- Flexible approach to work.
- Previous experience in a high‑end and high‑volume establishment is preferable but not imperative.
