What You’ll Do:
- Be the welcoming and professional face of Sodexo at our client site
- Deliver excellent front of house and customer service at all times
- Follow all company and client policies and procedures
- Complete records accurately and within required timeframes
- Report incidents, accidents, damage, or irregularities to management promptly
- Support the wider team and carry out reasonable management requests in a fast-paced environment
What You Bring:
- Professional and customer‑focused with excellent front of house and hospitality skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a confident and approachable manner
- Highly organised, with the ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Competent in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and workplace management systems
- A proactive and reliable team player who works well collaboratively
- Adaptable, calm under pressure, and able to resolve problems efficiently with strong attention to detail
