Pay & Hours
Base rate: £13.28 an hour. In stores within the M25 it’s £14.55. You will receive an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour for work between midnight and 6 am.
We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours each week but can accommodate a minimum of 12 hours for those seeking flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Help serve shoppers daily and contribute to a welcoming store environment.
- Learn new skills, work closely with a diverse team and ensure customers receive great service.
- Support colleagues across key areas such as service, picking and replenishment.
- Apply training to work safely and efficiently, meeting customer needs promptly.
- Make decisions that benefit customers, maintain quality of products, and support store performance.
- Participate in seasonal, community and charity events to enhance the store atmosphere.
- Accept deliveries into the store when required.
Qualifications
- Passion for delivering excellent service and greeting customers warmly.
- Ability to build rapport and create memorable shopping experiences.
- Initiative to make customers‑centric decisions.
- Strong teamwork and open communication skills.
- Reliability: punctual, well‑presented, and a positive brand ambassador.
