You will work alongside teachers to provide tailored support to students, helping them achieve academically, socially, and personally.

What You’ll Do
- Support students in class, small groups, or one-to-one sessions.
- Help students access the curriculum, build independence, and develop confidence.
- Assist with literacy, numeracy, note-taking, and other learning tasks.
- Track progress and contribute to a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
What We’re Looking For
- GCSEs in English & Maths (Grade C or above).
- Experience supporting students with learning difficulties, disabilities, or additional needs.
- Strong IT skills and excellent organisational abilities.
- A caring, adaptable, and team-focused approach.
- DBS Certificate – Enhanced & on Update Service.
