Availability Window
We require you to be available on the following days and times: Sun, Mon, Fri, Sat from 06:00 to 15:00. Your shifts will be scheduled within these windows with at least three weeks notice.
Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 an hour; increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
We offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with the flexibility to work as few as 12 hours per week.

- Working across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas as required.

- Taking part in seasonal, community, and charity events, creating a great inclusive atmosphere.
- Being knowledgeable about the store’s performance, understanding your part and what we need to do together to drive service and sales, reduce waste and shrink, and deliver profit.
- Handling products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition.
- Being yourself, living our values, making everyone feel welcome, and always following our policies.
- At times, you may be required to accept deliveries into the store.

Requirements
Applicants must be over the age of 18. For roles that require early morning shifts (before 6:15 am) or late evening shifts (after 9:45 pm), or involve specific areas such as the warehouse, beer, wine, spirits, counters, bakery, or driving, only candidates over 18 are eligible.
Applicants must have passed the school leaver’s age for their country.
