About the Role
Rewarding opportunities to work as part of our Facilities Operations Cleaning Team.
Working Hours
- 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 6am-10am
- 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 2pm-7pm
- 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 6am-12.30pm
- 2 x 16 hours per week, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 9am-1pm
Working days are set, however there will be 5 or 4 out of 7 working requirements (based on business needs).
Salary
The starting salary will be from £25,528 per annum pro‑ratio on Grade B, depending on knowledge, skills and experience.
Team Responsibilities
The team is responsible for over 50 Academic and Administrative buildings as well as 17 Residences across the Streatham and St Luke’s campuses in Exeter. The team employs over 160 in‑house staff who cover cleaning duties through day and night 24/7 all year round.
