£12.90 per hour – Paid breaks
Shift Patterns 7.30am – 3.30pm, 10am – 6pm, 12pm – 8pm

In this role you will support our residents during mealtimes, ensuring they receive dignified, personalized attention and promoting social interaction and overall well‑being.
Responsibilities
- Setting up tables in the restaurant and café
- Serving in the restaurant and café at mealtimes
- Preparing trays and providing room service to village residents who wish to stay in their rooms for meals
- Serving drinks at the bar as required (only applicable to applicants over 18 years old)
- Ensuring that the restaurant and café are tidy and meet all high standards
- Keeping the kitchen area clean and tidy at all times
- Supporting other areas as required, such as serving meals to or removing trays from resident’s rooms, restocking residents’ personal kitchens or delivering refreshments to other locations in the village
Key Skills / Qualifications
You are a person who cares deeply for others and is driven to make a significant impact on people’s lives. With your background in customer service, and potentially some experience in catering or kitchen roles – though not essential as training is provided – you excel in communication. You thrive in a tight‑knit team setting, engaging with individuals from diverse backgrounds, and are committed to providing outstanding service to our residents while upholding a clean, orderly, safe and sanitary environment.
