Do you have a passion for events? Enjoy being hands‑on and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes? We’re looking for a reliable, organised, and hands‑on Operations & Delivery Coordinator to support our clients’ production kitchen and events across Norfolk. This isn’t just a driving job – you’ll play a key operational role, ensuring food, equipment, and venues are delivered and then set to the highest standard.

Typical working days: Thursday to Saturday and Mondays

Locations: Venues across Norfolk, including Norwich and towards King’s Lynn

Start Date: Immediate

Pay Rate: £16 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Collecting food and equipment from our production kitchen
  • Delivering and setting up venues with the correct equipment and layouts
  • Handling catering equipment
  • Coordinating with the kitchen team to ensure accurate, on‑time deliveries
  • Returning equipment after events
  • Ensuring venues are clean, organised, and ready for service

Who We’re Looking For

  • Full, clean UK driving licence and confident driving across Norfolk
  • Highly reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
  • Level 4 Food Hygiene certified (or equivalent experience)
  • Organised and able to work independently
  • Physically capable of lifting and moving equipment
  • Practical, proactive, can‑do attitude
  • Experience in a similar role is helpful, but not essential
