Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greeting guests, presenting menus, explaining daily specials, and answering questions regarding ingredients or allergies.
- Order Taking & Serving: Accurately relaying orders to the kitchen/bar staff, serving food and drinks, and refilling beverages.
- Running food to tables
- Table Maintenance: Clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables swiftly between customers.
- Payments: Presenting checks, handling cash, and operating card machines.
- Safety & Hygiene: Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
