Work pattern: 36 hours per week, Term Time only + 5 training days (39 weeks)

Hours of work: Monday – Thursday: 8.00am -3:45pm; Friday:8:00am – 3:30pm

Location: Royal Lane, Hilligdon – adhoc visits/cover at Northwood Road (Harefield Village)

Salary information: Scale 4, £26,133 – £27,274 per annum (dependent upon experience)+ SSA, £1,327 per annum

Start date: September 2026

Meadow High School is a special needs school, which provides education for secondary aged students aged 11-19 years with moderate and complex needs including challenging behaviour and autism.

Due to our expanding roll and opening of a new school site, an opportunity has arisen for a full-time Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join our dedicated team of staff at our RoyalLane site.

Applicants MUST have:

  • Experience of working in a school environment (desirable).
  • Knowledge of SIMs (desirable).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and Google Docs.
  • Maths and English Qualification A-C or equivalent.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills and excellent telephone manner.
  • Ability to work using own initiative and prioritise workload.
  • Computer literate: good use of internet / email.
  • The ability to be a team player.
  • Good organisational skills.
