Role: Corporate ReceptionistHourly Rate: £13.50p/hLocation: Cardiff City CentreHours: ad hoc shifts to cover absence, training days and holidays
Key responsibilities
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Answering phones
- General administrative duties such as managing the post and printing documents
- Managing the mailbox
- Ensuring all spaces are kept clean and tidy
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Corporate Reception or similar role
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in full MS Suite
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
