If you’re passionate about helping others live fulfilling, independent lives, this is a role where you can genuinely make a difference every single day.We are offering a 43-hour contract, working a variety of daytime shifts. Some shifts may start at 7 pm, while others may finish at 10 am, across a 7‑day rota (including two weekends per month).Devon Lodge is a specialist residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities, who may have behaviours that challenge. We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective environment, promoting independence and community integration.Person-centred planning is at the heart of everything we do, based on each person’s specific needs.
