The company specialises in producing high-quality, ready-to-install units for residential and commercial projects, delivering innovative solutions to the construction industry.

* From £12.71 per hour, increasing to £13.50 after 6 weeks (performance dependent)
* Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 4:30pm
* Friday: 7:30am – 1:30pm

The Role
Due to business growth and increased demand, Production / Assembly / Finisher Operatives are required to join the production team in Highbridge, Somerset. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role within a structured manufacturing environment, offering skill development and long-term progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Clean and sanitise production areas and equipment
* Finish and polish product units to required standards
* Carry out assembly and manufacturing tasks, including modular pod units
* Safe and efficient use of hand and power tools
* Support production and warehouse operations
* Manual handling and other physical duties
* Follow all health & safety procedures and quality standards
About You
* Previous manufacturing or production experience is desirable but not essential
* Comfortable using hand tools and basic machinery
* Practical, hands-on skills or DIY experience
* Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
* Reliable, committed, and a team player
* Physically capable of manual work in a busy environment
