Role: Waking Night Support Worker
Please note, you are required to hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
Responsibilities
- Providing high standards of care and support for service users, in line with care and support plans.
- Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities.
- Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans.
- Liaise with health professionals and their families.
- Complete supervisions and audits.
- Ensure that all duties undertaken by reporting staff are performed to required standards, and that all such staff contribute in a positive manner to provide a happy, efficient and homely atmosphere within the Home.
Experience within the care sector is not needed as we offer full training, coaching and development.
