Pay & Hours

Rate starts from £13.28 per hour. For stores within the M25, the rate increases to £14.55 per hour. Additional payments may apply based on location.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week. If you wish to work fewer hours, a minimum of 12 hours per week is also available.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride.
• Build rapport with customers, ensuring they leave the store having experienced a great shopping trip.
• Take the initiative and make decisions that are right for customers.
• Work well within a team and communicate openly with others.
• Build relationships with colleagues to foster a team spirit, having fun and celebrating success.
• Arrive on time, be well presented, and act as a brand ambassador.
• Support the store in delivering suitable product assortment, stock replenishment, and service quality.
• Apply training to work safely, effectively, and serve customers brilliantly.
• Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events to create an inclusive atmosphere.
• Understand store performance and contribute to driving service, sales, and profitability.
• Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition.
• Live and uphold the company values, ensuring all customers feel welcome and policies are followed.
