As a retail volunteer you will be an important part of the in-store team. You will support with the day-to-day tasks of the charity shop and play a vital role in helping our stores raise funds to support children, young people, and families.
As a Stock Room volunteer you will focus on supporting the stockroom sorting and organising donated items to help keep the store running smoothly and efficiently. Your role will be key in organising stock into the differing departments ready for delivery to the shop floor, ensuring our stores are always filled with quality stock.

Tasks and responsibilities
- Sorting donated items for distribution onto the shop floor
- Delivering stock as required to the shop floor
- Steaming and cleaning donated items
- Identifying any donated items that might be more suitable for online sale and putting aside to be researched
- Ensuring the store and back area remains clean and tidy
