People Change Lead – Clinical Services Transformation

University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust (UHBW) is seeking a People Change Partner for its Clinical Services Transformation Programme. In this pivotal role, you will lead people and workforce aspects of clinical service changes, working closely with senior leaders across multiple hospital sites.

Salary ranges from £57,528 to £64,750 per annum, pro rata, with an emphasis on creating a supportive, values-driven culture within the team.
