About Popham Kidney Support (PKS)
Popham Kidney Support (PKS) aims to provide children, youths and adults with kidney disease, and their families and carers in Wales, to lead a better quality of life.
Roles
- Popham Peer Mentor (PPM) – Provide support to a person new to kidney disease and those experiencing difficulty or a change in circumstances. Responsibilities include listening, offering emotional support, providing information, and signposting to other services.
- Charity Champion – Passionate individuals committed to supporting PKS. Responsibilities include working with the PKS team, raising money in the area, identifying new fundraising opportunities, and raising awareness of PKS and its services.
