Salary
The on target earning potential for this role is £27,435.20 per annum, comprising a base annual rate of £26,436.80 plus a qualified estimate of £998.40 gratuities per annum.
About the role
As a Golf Course Labourer, you will support the day‑to‑day maintenance and presentation of our golf courses, helping to ensure they meet the highest standards expected at The Belfry.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the daily preparation and maintenance of greens, tees, fairways, bunkers, and surrounding areas
- Operate and maintain a range of hand tools and machinery (training provided where required)
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with health and safety procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation across the golf course and maintenance areas
