Kitchen Porter

Nipotina is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Porter to join our team.

This full-time position is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about the culinary industry and eager to contribute to the smooth operation of our kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring all kitchen areas are clean and sanitised, including work surfaces, floors, and walls.
• Assisting with dishwashing duties and managing the organisation of dishes and kitchen utensils.
• Supporting the kitchen staff by ensuring that all equipment and ingredients are properly prepared and accessible.
• Removing waste and recycling in line with the restaurant’s environmental policies.
• Assisting with the receipt of deliveries and organising storage areas.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen.
• Contributing positively to the team and fostering a harmonious working environment.
