We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our Food & Beverage team. This is a vital back-of-house role within the hotel, responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, supporting the kitchen team, and ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment to help deliver an excellent dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

As a Kitchen Porter, you will support our kitchen team in maintaining a smooth and efficient service. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Cleaning and sanitising all kitchen equipment, utensils, and surfaces.
  • Managing waste disposal and recycling operations.
  • Ensuring a steady supply of clean dishes, pots, and pans by operating the dishwasher and performing handwashing tasks when necessary.
  • General kitchen cleaning as well as deep cleans.
  • Undertaking any other general duties as reasonably required by the chefs.

About you

  • Prior experience in a kitchen environment is beneficial but not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Effective communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
