This role would suit someone with experience working in a similar position. As a Luggage Porter you will play a key part in ensuring our guests have memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Make sure guests have a great welcome, advise on local hot spots, or just have a chat.
- Ensure luggage is carefully and safely transported to and from rooms.
- Build friendships with colleagues and foster close relationships across all teams.
- Create memorable experiences for all guests.
- Support other departments from time to time, helping each other across teams.
