Location: Werndale Hospital, Carmarthen, part of Circle Health Group.

Shift type: Bank Shifts. Salary: £12.71 per hour (depending on experience, training, and qualification).

Overview

We have an opportunity for a Housekeeper to join the Hotel Services department. This is a bank role working on an ‘as and when required’ basis, requiring coverage during busy periods, annual leave, or absences, including evenings and weekends.

Duties

• Undertake day-to-day cleaning of patient, public and employee areas.
• Maintain a safe and pleasant environment for patients, visitors and employees.
• Replenish linen and consumables.
• Provide flexibility to work in all departments (including theatre areas) and at other Circle Health Group sites where appropriate.
• Complete daily task sheets and submit to the Housekeeper Lead for auditing.
• Comply with all relevant mandatory training.

Applicants Should Meet

• Competency in literacy and numeracy.
• Good communication skills.
• Maths and English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence.
• Proficiency in PC use, including software and systems.
