As an Anatomy Demonstrator you will play an important role in students’ development through guidance, support, and delivery of high‑quality anatomical teaching and assessment. You will teach and supervise students during a range of teaching sessions, including dissection and prosection sessions, living anatomy and ultrasound sessions, and revision sessions. You should have knowledge of the Human Tissue Authority requirements relating to the use of donors in anatomy education and show a willingness to contribute to student support activities beyond core teaching duties. A recognised higher education teaching qualification, experience teaching anatomy using cadaveric material at undergraduate or postgraduate level, membership of a relevant professional body, and involvement in education scholarship or research would be desirable.
