We are looking for a passionate Pot Washer to join our busy hospitality team. The role ensures the cleanliness and order of our kitchen environment and ensures that all dishes, cutlery and kitchenware are hygienically cleaned and ready for use. This role provides a great opportunity to gain expertise in a fast‑paced restaurant or hotel setting and would be ideal for someone with a background in cooking, food preparation or hospitality services.

Responsibilities
- Use appropriate cleaning procedures to efficiently wash and disinfect dishes, pots, pans, utensils and kitchen equipment.
- Before putting back into storage or usage, make sure everything is cleaned well and no residue is left.
- Keep the space around the pot washing area, sinks, work surfaces and floors clean.
- Assist the kitchen team during busy moments and provide support with basic food preparation as required.
- Ensure that health and safety laws are strictly followed so that sanitary standards are maintained in the cooking area.
- Dispose of rubbish responsibly and follow the recycling guidelines.
- Assist other kitchen personnel with general cleaning duties as required to ensure smooth running kitchen.
Qualifications
- Experience in food preparation or working in a restaurant or hotel environment is desirable.
- Knowledge of fundamental kitchen hygiene procedures and safety regulations.
- Ability to function well under pressure during busiest periods of the service.
- Good attitude, strong teamwork and communication abilities.
- Can work a variety of jobs in the kitchen environment.
