You will play a key role in delivering an outstanding front-of-house experience for clients, guests, and colleagues alike. You will be the first point of contact for the firm, ensuring a seamless experience at all times. You will have a proactive approach, be confident and highly organised as you work closely with internal teams to deliver the smooth running of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the welcoming face of the business, meeting and greeting clients and visitors
- Managing a busy dual reception area with professionalism and warmth
- Coordinating meeting room bookings and ensuring rooms are prepared to a high standard
- Setting up meeting spaces for internal and external meetings
- Liaising closely with catering and facilities teams to ensure seamless service delivery
You must be a Receptionist with a minimum of 4 years of experience within the investment sector or professional services.
