Job Overview

We are Eden Futures, delivering support services for adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental ill health, and associated complex needs.

We are recruiting Female Support Workers for our Supported Living services to support individuals in their own homes and in the community, helping them live as independently as possible.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in daily living activities and independent living tasks.
• Assist with community engagement and participation.
• Provide compassionate support aligned with the person’s needs.

Qualifications & Experience

• Willingness to learn and share the company’s values; experience in care is desirable but not required.

Benefits

• Hourly rate of £12.71 (equivalent to an annual salary of £27,758 based on a 42‑hour work week).
• Pro‑rata based on hours worked.

Additional Information

The role is part of our Supported Living services and supports individuals aged 18 and over with complex needs. This role is open to applicants regardless of gender, with a specific occupational requirement for females.
