Overview
We are looking for a bright and skilled Assistant Manager for our retail operations in St Helens. The Assistant Manager will be called on to assist the Store Manager in all the store operations – sales and customer service, marketing etc.
Responsibilities
- Handles sales
- Helps in analyzing current processes and implementing improvements to increase efficiency
- Collaborates with the rest of the team to come up with creative campaigns to drive sales
- Assists customers and provides customer service, whenever necessary
Requirements
- (1) years of experience working in the retail industry, but not nessasery
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to foster and maintain a customer-centric environment
