Job Title: Primary School Teacher

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging, high quality teaching across the curriculum ensuring good progress for all pupils
  • Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes high expectations, curiosity and good behaviour
  • Assess, record and report on pupil progress, using data to inform teaching and targeted support
  • Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners including SEND and EAL
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and carers to support learning and well being

Pay

  • M1 – M6 – £19,749.60 – £27,211.00
  • FTE – £32,916.00 – £45,352.00
  • 19.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
  • Permanent

Qualifications and Skills

  • Qualified Teacher Status
  • Effective classroom management
  • Good knowledge of primary teaching strategies
  • Ability to assess pupil learning accurately
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
