About the Role

We are seeking a commercially driven, enterprise-minded SVP of Admin Services to lead and scale this multi-product division into a category-defining business.

This is a senior CEO‑style role, with ownership of strategy, execution, and financial performance across multiple product lines. You will be responsible for continuing to make Admin Services a high‑growth business within Tide’s product suite, while ensuring operational excellence and a seamless member experience.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership & P&L Ownership: Define the vision and strategy across all Admin Services product lines, owning full P&L accountability and driving growth, profitability, and long‑term scalability.
  • Product Line Expansion: Scale existing services such as invoicing, payroll, expense management, registrations and accounting & tax into meaningful business lines, while identifying and building adjacent opportunities, both in the UK and internationally.
  • Commercial & Go‑to‑Market Ownership: Own pricing, packaging, monetisation, and distribution strategies. Drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and cross‑sell across the portfolio.
  • Team Leadership & Organisation Building: Build and lead a high‑performing, multi‑layered team, with strong leadership across product, operations, and commercial functions.
  • Operational Excellence: Establish scalable processes across onboarding, servicing, compliance, and support, ensuring high reliability and efficiency.
  • Technology & AI Enablement: Leverage automation and emerging technologies, including AI, to transform service delivery and improve efficiency.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, Risk, Legal, and Marketing teams to execute the division’s strategy.
  • Market & Customer Insight: Develop a deep understanding of SME needs, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment to inform strategy and innovation.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience operating as a business leader (CEO, GM, or SVP) in a high‑growth environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a track record of owning and scaling P&L‑driven businesses; ideally in a multi‑country context.
  • Experience in one or more relevant domains such as accounting / payroll / expense management, SaaS for SMEs, financial or operational services platforms.
  • Ability to scale multi‑product portfolios internationally, not just single products in‑market.
  • Team player with demonstrated success building and leading large, multi‑functional teams.
  • Strong execution capability able to break down complex problems and drive outcomes at pace.
  • Experience defining pricing, monetisation, and go‑to‑market strategies.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast‑scaling environments with evolving priorities.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence at executive level.
  • Technology‑aware mindset, with an appreciation for automation and AI‑led transformation.
