Your Role as Kitchen Porter

As a Kitchen Porter, you’ll support the chefs by maintaining impeccable cleanliness, organising equipment, and helping with basic prep when required.

What You’ll Do

  • Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
  • Keep kitchen areas clean, safe, and compliant
  • Assist with waste management and recycling
  • Support chefs with basic food preparation
  • Organise and store deliveries
  • Work efficiently during busy service periods

  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Ability to work quickly and safely
  • Positive attitude and willingness to help
  • Experience helpful but not required — full training provided
