Responsibilities

• Help plan and oversee outreach initiatives and community events
• Assist with project management tasks, such as organising, coordinating, and assessing charitable endeavours
• Lead and inspire volunteers or team members to successfully accomplish program goals
• Oversee social media accounts to interact with the community, promote events, and increase awareness
• Participate in fundraising initiatives using creative campaigns and donor interaction techniques
• Perform administrative duties such as drafting reports, entering data, and keeping correct records
• Conduct workshops or educational sessions on public health or other pertinent subjects
• Work together with outside groups, educational institutions, or local government agencies to increase the program’s impact and reach

Qualifications & Conditions

• Leadership abilities or supervisory experience are highly valued
• Demonstrated project management skills and organisational aptitude
• Excellent communication skills for teamwork and public engagement
• Experience in marketing or social media management is beneficial
• Experience in grant writing or fundraising is advantageous
• Administrative expertise to facilitate efficient program operations
• Teaching experience or knowledge of public health concepts related to community education is advantageous
• Dedication to volunteer ideals and a sincere wish to improve the community
