Part Time Caretaker (Self Employed)

We are looking for a part time caretaker to look after the common areas of a small Industrial Estate in Penzance.

The hours are flexible at 2 hours a day (Monday to Friday).

The rate of pay is £15 an hour on a self‑employed basis – excellent bonuses paid on lettings.

Main duties to include: weeding, grass and bush cutting, litter picking. All equipment provided.

We are looking for a trust worthy individual with good people skills.
