Shops Assistant – 2 roles. Kings Square, Kings Road, Belfast BT5 7EA

6 months Fixed Term contracts: 21 hours per week (Monday – Saturday)

NJC Scale Point 2: £23,656, Pro Rata £14,194 (£13.00ph)

Responsibilities

Note: Overall Responsibility:

• To assist the Shop Manager to:
• Ensure that high standards of service are delivered to customers at all times.
• Implement guidelines outlined in the Retail Operations Manual.
• Achieve maximum sales as set within shop’s targets.
• To provide cover for the Shop Manager’s holidays and day off.
• Key holder responsibility.
