We are seeking a passionate and skilled Bartender with a strong focus on cocktails to join our restaurant in Chelsea, London.

About the Role
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails, delivering outstanding guest experiences, and maintaining the highest standards behind the bar.
You will work closely with the FOH team to create a vibrant, engaging atmosphere while ensuring consistency, creativity, and precision in every drink served.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails to a high standard
- Ensure consistency, presentation, and attention to detail in every drink
- Engage with guests, providing recommendations and enhancing their experience
- Maintain an organised and efficient bar setup (mise en place)
- Support the Floor Manager and FOH team during serviceMonitor stock levels, manage ingredients, and minimise waste
- Uphold hygiene, safety, and licensing standards at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a cocktail‑led or premium venue
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and modern mixology techniques
- Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
- Confidence working in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and pride in presentation
