Learning Disability Support Worker – Person‑Centred Care

Journey Enterprises is seeking a Support Worker to join our local charity in North East England. The role involves planning and delivering activities for adults with learning disabilities, ensuring each session aligns with individual Care Support Plans. The successful candidate will work 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday, and will need to commence work as soon as possible, pending DBS clearance.
