Position Overview
We are recruiting a Kitchen Assistant/Trainee Chef De Partie to join our team at Adam and Eve, Alnwick.
You will work closely with our head chef and be trained to take responsibility of the Starters and Desserts sections, whilst assisting with any preparation tasks.
This is a part time position ranging between 16-30 hours a week across 3-4 days.
Responsibilities

- Assist with any preparation tasks.
Qualifications
- Reasonable experience of cooking in a premium restaurant setting preparing and cooking fresh ingredients.
- Self-proclaimed foodie.
- Ability to thrive in high pressure environments and be open to learning different cuisines and culinary techniques.
