The Opportunity
We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our growing construction team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking long-term work within a busy and professional construction environment.
The successful candidate will support site operations, assist skilled tradespeople, and help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting tradespeople and site teams with daily construction activities
- Loading, unloading, and moving materials around site
- Keeping work areas clean, safe, and organised
- Supporting general site maintenance and housekeeping
- Assisting with deliveries and storage of materials
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Carrying out general labouring duties as directed by site management
Requirements
- Previous construction site or labouring experience preferred
- Valid CSCS Card (preferred or essential depending on project requirements)
- Good understanding of site health and safety practices
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
