We are a part‑time retail store team dedicated to providing outstanding customer service. As a member of our team you’ll play a key role in helping the store maintain performance and meet sales targets, building your jewellery expertise and handling customer enquiries.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding service and create memorable customer experiences.
- Maintain performance and meet sales targets.
- Develop and apply product knowledge for jewellery, watches and gifts.
- Handle customer enquiries and support the sale of appropriate products.
- Represent H. Samuel’s brand, culture and values in every interaction.
Qualifications
- Passion for putting the customer first and creating memorable experiences.
- Natural ability for striking up conversations with a diverse range of customers.
- Interest in jewellery products and brands.
- A positive, can‑do attitude and confidence with retail sales.
