Job Title: Flooring Sales Associate

Salary: £27,222 (plus commission up to £45,000)

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 37.5 per week

Role Overview

Provide accurate estimates based on measurements from the estimator, handle all sales‑related paperwork, and deliver outstanding customer service through in‑person, phone, and email communication.

Support other sales departments as needed and use product knowledge to recommend and upsell additional items, helping customers find the perfect flooring solutions while boosting sales.
