Job Description:

Regional Project Manager

Location: 2 days per week at the City of London Office (EC2V)

Salary: £70,000 – £75,000 + bonus

We’re supporting a global organisation delivering a large-scale, multi-year business transformation programme across multiple markets.

This role is about orchestrating multiple workstreams across the business, rather than leading a single project or technical implementation.

You’ll be responsible for bringing structure, visibility, and control to a mix of initiatives spanning operations, HR, finance, technology, and broader business change, ensuring they land successfully in the region.

A key part of the role is ensuring the business is ready for change — aligning teams, managing dependencies, and ensuring delivery is coordinated across functions and markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own a single, integrated regional delivery plan across multiple concurrent transformation workstreams
  • Coordinate delivery across functions (e.g. operations, HR, finance, technology), ensuring alignment and sequencing
  • Run governance and reporting frameworks (project forums, RAID, status reporting, decision tracking)
  • Manage cross-functional dependencies and proactively resolve risks and delivery challenges
  • Ensure business readiness for each phase of change, including adoption, communication, and operational impact
  • Act as the key link between regional leadership and the global transformation office
  • Provide clear, senior-level visibility on progress, risks, and decision points

Requirements:

  • Experience delivering cross-functional transformation or business change, rather than purely technical projects
  • Proven track record in managing multiple streams of work or projects simultaneously
  • Experience working across different business functions (e.g. operations, HR, finance, technology)
  • Exposure to regional or multi-country delivery environments
  • Strong stakeholder management, with the confidence to engage and influence senior business leaders
  • Comfortable working in structured programme environments, with a focus on governance, planning, and reporting

Ideal Background

This role would suit someone who has:

  • Delivered business-led transformation programmes, operating across functions rather than within a single technical domain
  • Experience in operations, business change, or transformation teams
  • Previously worked in environments where success depended on coordination, planning, and stakeholder alignment, not just technical delivery

Desirable

  • Formal PM qualification (PRINCE2, APM, PMP)
  • Experience within large-scale, international or multi-market programmes

If you’re someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex, cross-functional change and want to play a key role in delivering transformation across multiple markets, we’d love to hear from you.
