- Salary: £45,000–£50,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday, office-based, 9:00am–6:00pm

Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, learning, and employee development initiatives across the organisation.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, attracting and selecting high-quality talent.
- Design and deliver engaging onboarding and induction programmes.
- Work closely with managers to identify training needs and implement learning and development initiatives that support employee performance and career growth.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment, onboarding, and training programmes.
About You
- Previous experience in talent acquisition, learning and development, and stakeholder management within a professional HR or People function.
- Experience within luxury hospitality environments, including 5-star hotels, high-end establishments, or private members’ clubs.
- Strong organisational, communication, coaching, and project management skills.
- Ability to analyse workforce data and measure the effectiveness of people initiatives.
- CIPD Level 5 qualification is desirable.
