I’m delighted to be working on two exciting Senior Associate opportunities within Employment law, based in Leeds and Manchester, as part of a highly regarded national team.
These roles come as a result of ongoing strategic growth, not replacement hiring, underlining the firm’s continued investment in strengthening its Employment practice across key regional markets.
The team has an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality, pragmatic advice across both contentious and non-contentious matters. Clients span a broad mix of sectors including commercial organisations, healthcare, education, and the public sector, ensuring varied and
engaging work.
The Opportunity
You’ll benefit from a broad and balanced caseload, including:
- Managing a mix of contentious and advisory employment matters
- Taking the lead on Employment Tribunal cases with genuine autonomy
- Supporting corporate transactions and related employment issues
- Delivering client training and contributing to business development initiatives
- Collaborating with colleagues across a well-connected national platform
This is an ideal opportunity for someone keen to maintain a well-rounded Employment practice, rather than being channelled into a narrow specialism.
About You
The team is interested in candidates with circa 4+ years’ PQE, although the focus is very much on:
- Strong technical expertise
- Commercial awareness
- Confidence in managing client relationships independently
