Role Overview: We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Sales Support Administrator to join a busy team in Mallusk for an initial 8-week assignment. This is an office-based role supporting inbound sales activity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming calls and providing sales support
- Managing and responding to customer enquiries
- Supporting the sales team with general administrative tasks
- Updating internal systems accurately
- Working closely with team members to support daily operations
Candidate Requirements:
- Confident and comfortable on the phone
- Strong communication skills
- IT literate with good attention to detail
- Able to use initiative and work independently
- Team-focused and reliable
- Available to start immediately
