Are you an experienced leader in health and social care ready to take the next step? Were recruiting for a Residential Manager to lead a supported living service in Downpatrick. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a dedicated team while ensuring individuals receive high-quality, person-centred support in a safe and well-managed environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the Deputy Manager to ensure the service runs efficiently
- Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Oversee safer recruitment processes, including necessary checks and registrations
- Ensure appropriate staffing levels and skill mix to meet service user needs
- Lead by example on the floor, promoting high-quality support practices
- Support staff through supervision, appraisals, and ongoing development
- Foster a positive, safe, and person-centred culture
About You:
- At least 1 years experience as a Deputy Manager (or similar) within a care or supported living setting
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
